Social systems

A social function that survives the team that built it.

Social systems work is the infrastructure underneath a social presence. Voice documentation, content templates, caption guides, scheduling tooling, and the first three months of execution. We build the system, run the launch period, then hand it to an internal team or stay on as the operator. The output is a social function that doesn't depend on one person's discretionary effort.

Firms whose social is currently a founder posting from their phone. Operators who've hired a freelancer or agency and watched the voice drift away from the brand. Multi-venue or multi-brand businesses where consistency across accounts is the actual problem.

Do you keep running social after the initial period?
Sometimes. The default model is build-and-handoff. Some clients prefer build-and-stay; that becomes a Maintain stage engagement.
Which platforms do you cover?
Depends on the audience. Most engagements cover Instagram and LinkedIn, some add TikTok or YouTube Shorts, a few add X. We won't run a platform that doesn't earn its place in the operating reality.
What about paid social?
That's a separate engagement. Organic social systems cover what gets posted; paid social is a different discipline with different infrastructure.
Can you produce the photo and video assets?
We coordinate with photographers and videographers. The Lagos engagements typically retain a freelancer for shoot days during travel windows.
