DOTxLabs Inc. is incorporated in Ontario, Canada, with operations in Toronto and a hub in Lagos, Nigeria. We are a global build and growth partner — custom websites, AI workflows, and bespoke software for operators.

Engagements override these terms
Anything published here — services described, engagement shapes outlined on /pricing, case studies, the contact form — is informational. The terms that actually govern paid work between you and DOTxLabs live in the signed engagement contract for that project. Where the contract and this page disagree, the contract wins.
In particular: scope, fees, timeline, ownership of work product, confidentiality, and warranties are defined in the engagement contract — not here.
Intellectual property on this site
The copy, code, design, photography, and illustrations on this site are the property of DOTxLabs unless attributed otherwise. You can quote short passages with attribution and a link back. You can't republish the site wholesale or use our brand to imply endorsement of something we haven't endorsed.
Third-party logos shown on the site (in case studies or in stack diagrams) remain the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them factually, not as endorsements.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site at volume, attempt to break into it, submit fake or abusive content through the contact form, or use the site to harass anyone. We block IPs that do these things and reserve the right to pursue further remedies.
Site availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take it down for maintenance, security work, or content changes without notice. We are not liable for losses arising from the site being unavailable.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes arising out of the use of this site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected in the last-updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
