Email and lifecycle.

Email that runs the relationship after first contact.

The system, in motion / Email and lifecycle

One message, one loop: welcome, milestone, re-engage, and back. It runs the relationship and lands every time.

What it is

Email and lifecycle work is the system that handles every message a user gets after they sign up, buy, or engage. Transactional email, lifecycle sequences, magic-link auth, broadcast campaigns. We build the infrastructure on Resend or equivalent, design the sequences, and write the templates. The output is an email layer that does its job without anyone watching it.

Who it is for

Firms whose current email is sent from a Gmail account by a founder. Operators with a list and no way to talk to it consistently. Founders building SaaS where the auth flow, the onboarding, and the engagement are all email-shaped.

01

Scope

A short, paid diagnostic that maps the work before any code is written.

02

Design

Architecture and interface, decided up front rather than discovered late.

03

Build

Shipped to production on infrastructure we keep running afterward.

04

Compound

We stay on the system so it keeps earning across years, not months.

Questions
Do you do cold email?

No. Lifecycle work is for people who've already opted in. Cold outreach is a different discipline and we won't build for it.

Can you migrate from our current email provider?

Yes. Most migrations move from Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or a CRM-native email layer to a programmable system on Resend. The migration usually takes one to two weeks.

What about deliverability?

Standard setup across SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, plus a warming sequence if the sending domain is new. Most deliverability problems are infrastructure problems, not content problems.

How is this different from a marketing automation platform?

It's the same shape of work, built on programmable primitives instead of a closed platform. The advantage is full control over the data, the templates, and the triggers.
