DOTxLabs.
An AI-native build studio that delivers the work of entire engineering teams.
DOTxLabs builds enterprise-grade software for organizations that need real output, not a procurement cycle — revenue systems, operations automation, internal platforms, and production AI, engineered to the same standards as in-house engineering departments or top-tier consultancies.
The operation is built around a frontier AI build environment used as core infrastructure rather than as an accessory. That is the mechanism behind the math: a focused studio that compresses what a traditional engineering team would scope across multiple quarters into builds measured in weeks. Same production standards. Same code quality. Different physics.
The studio is led and operated by David OluwaTomisin Ajai (DOT) — operating between Canada and Lagos, with seven years of building production software and process automation work adopted at enterprise scale.
The case is the work. Read the proof
The case is the work
Six engagements below. Each carries a headline metric, the work behind it, and the pattern that transfers to the next organization.
- 01
Process Automation at Enterprise Scale
National logistics & moving operator — Canada
8–10% → 2–5%service failure rate
Inside one of Canada's largest moving and logistics operators, the service failure rate across 15+ hubs sat between 8% and 10%. It looked like a people problem. It was a process problem masquerading as one.
DOT mapped the cross-hub workflow, identified recurring failure points in dispatch and labeling, and built a process automation layer paired with real-time Tableau dashboards — giving operations leaders visibility into the failure modes for the first time. Twenty-plus CSRs across hubs were trained on the new system. Labeling accuracy improved 25%.
Service failure rates fell to 2–5%, adopted companywide. Inquiry response times dropped 30%. Daily delivery volumes lifted 20%.
Transferable patternidentifying that a measurable operational problem is structural rather than human, designing the system that fixes it, and rolling it out with the training layer that makes adoption stick across multiple sites.

A Portfolio of Internal Operational Systems
Multi-team operational organization — 2019 to present
5+ yearscontinuous build relationship
The longest-running engagement in the portfolio spans a public-facing platform, brand systems, and a portfolio of internal operational tools for a multi-team, multi-service organization.
The work covers: personnel rostering and shift coordination, structured incident and near-miss reporting, asset and equipment tracking with maintenance schedules, training and certification tracking with role-readiness gating, daily operational data feeding leadership reporting, multi-site dashboards, and contractor onboarding portals.
Five-plus years of continuous engagement across multiple stakeholder groups is a harder credential than any single delivery — and it produced a repeatable library of internal system patterns ready to redeploy.
Transferable patternevery system above has a one-to-one equivalent inside an operationally intensive enterprise. Rostering becomes crew rostering for field operators. Incident reporting becomes HSE and compliance tracking. The workflows are identical.

Multi-Tenant SaaS, Built for Production
DOTxLabs Client Portal — clients.dotxlabs.com
Zerodata-leakage incidents
The DOTxLabs client portal is the studio's own production system — the multi-tenant infrastructure through which clients across four industries access their engagement workspace.
Architecture: Next.js with the App Router, Supabase as the data and auth layer with row-level security per tenant, magic-link authentication, transactional email infrastructure, environment isolation per branch. Each client tenant is fully isolated at the database level.
Zero data-leakage incidents across active engagements. Sub-second page loads. An architecture that scales linearly as tenants are added. Built in weeks.
Transferable patternsecure, role-segmented, multi-tenant infrastructure — partner portals, vendor management, internal employee tools, any environment where multiple stakeholder groups need the same underlying system without seeing each other's data.

Full Digital Ecosystem, One Engagement
The Study Abroad Consultant (TSAC) — Education sector, remote
+30%student inquiries, first cycle
TSAC came to DOTxLabs needing more than a website. The organization had outgrown its digital presence, was bleeding student inquiries through outdated lead capture, and had no content engine to feed organic growth or paid acquisition.
DOTxLabs delivered a full revenue ecosystem: a complete Next.js rebuild with conversion-optimized lead capture, a structured content factory producing a 90-piece content bank mapped to the buyer's journey, an automated social publishing system, integrated Google Ads and Facebook campaign infrastructure, and a WhatsApp AI assistant trained on the organization's voice — handling first-line student inquiries 24/7.
Result: a 30% lift in student inquiries within the first cycle, a content engine that runs without ongoing studio involvement, and AI inquiry triage that would otherwise have required a full-time hire.
Transferable patterntreating a digital engagement as a revenue system rather than a deliverable — capture, content, AI-assisted response, and follow-up engineered as one pipeline.
Professional Services Web Presence
Edward & Associates — Accounting firm, Toronto
+20%client acquisition
A 14-page Next.js site with secure client portal scaffolding, SEO foundation, and conversion-optimized lead capture — built to the tone required for a firm whose clients evaluate trust before features. Enterprise-grade public presence for regulated industries, where the website is credibility infrastructure, not a marketing afterthought.
E-Commerce and Booking Infrastructure
Beyond Imagination Rental Services — Toronto
+25%bookings
A complete booking platform with payment processing, campaign infrastructure, and the operational backend to run a rental business at scale. The same pattern powers internal booking, asset reservation, and resource scheduling inside enterprises.
A build system, not a stack
Build system
The studio is engineered around a build system, not a stack. Frontier AI tooling is paired with a curated skills library encoding repeatable patterns for the work DOTxLabs ships most often: UI systems, automation workflows, data infrastructure, document generation. Every build begins with a structured discovery pass: requirements converted into multiple-choice decisions the client can answer in minutes, not weeks.
Operating model
Clients work with one operator, not an account manager — the person in the build at every stage. Source code is owned by the client from day one: repositories on the client's GitHub, deployments on the client's Vercel, databases on the client's Supabase. No vendor lock-in, and nothing a successor team would have to rewrite to take over. The trade-off is that the engagement is high-bandwidth; it works best for organizations that want a partner who is in the build, not above it.
Three ways to engage
- Project-based
- One outcome, one timeline, one defined scope — scoped, priced, and shipped under a written statement of work. Delivered in weeks rather than quarters.
- Retainer
- A defined monthly engagement with a prioritized backlog, transparent build log, and direct access to the operator from day one.
- Embedded build partner
- For organizations that want sustained build capacity inside the team, on extended-contract terms — the embedded builder delivering systems without per-build procurement overhead.
One operator, in the build at every stage
David OluwaTomisin Ajai operates between Canada and Lagos. Seven years of production software, formal computer systems training at Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology in Hamilton, Ontario, and a practice that has grown from a freelance build into an AI-native studio shipping at a pace traditional shops cannot match.
DOT is the studio's founder and principal operator — the architect, the engineer, the client lead, and the person in the build at every stage.
DOTxLabs exists to prove one thesis: that one operator, with the right build environment, delivers enterprise-grade software at a fraction of the time and cost of the traditional model. The work is the proof.
One conversation
A 30-minute working session, async or live. Two workflows from inside your organization that feel slower, messier, or more error-prone than they should be. DOT comes prepared — sketches, references, and a working estimate of what a two-week build looks like for each one.
No deck. No proposal trail. No follow-up sales motion.
One conversation tells you more than this document can.
