What it is

Booking and e-commerce systems are the parts of the digital surface where money changes hands. Restaurant reservations, spa scheduling, hospitality bookings, product checkout, event ticketing. We design the flow, integrate the payment processor, and build a system that holds up under real volume. The output is a transaction surface that reads like the brand and clears like a bank.

Who it is for

Hospitality operators, multi-venue groups, and direct-to-consumer brands where the booking or checkout flow is the brand impression most customers actually have. Operators losing margin to third-party platforms. Founders who need cross-border payment infrastructure that actually works.

Questions
Can you integrate with our existing reservation or commerce platform?

Yes, where it earns its place. Sometimes the right call is to replace the platform; sometimes it's to wrap it in a better interface. We diagnose before we recommend.

What about cross-border payments?

We've shipped payment infrastructure that clears across Canada, the US, and Nigeria. Toronto and Lagos are our two operating anchors, so cross-border is in the build muscle.

How do you handle deposits, refunds, and partial captures?

All standard. Deposit at booking, balance at point of service, refund and dispute flows wired into the admin portal. The pattern matches the operating reality of the business.

Is the system PCI-compliant?

We use payment processors that handle PCI compliance on their side. No card data touches the client's database. The architecture is built around that boundary.
